Since 2003, I have worked with CEOs, boards, executive teams and senior leaders across consumer healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, travel and consumer goods.
My deepest experience is in consumer healthcare, but the situations that bring clients to me are remarkably consistent: growth targets that are not being achieved, teams that are not performing at the level the strategy demands, or a leadership challenge that is showing up directly in commercial results.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time. Every engagement is bespoke, and the person you hire is the person in the room. I lead the work myself rather than handing it to junior consultants.
I am also a volunteer mentor for the Association of Business Mentors, the UK professional body that promotes and develops high-quality business mentoring.
